Join us July 28th & 29th as we gather with old friends to share in the laughter and great memories as Berea classmates.
About the reunion:
FRIDAY evening kicks things off with pizza, wings, appetizers & a cash bar at TONY K’s party room & patio at 6pm. Cost is $25 per person.
Join us on SATURDAY for a tour of the new Berea-Midpark High School. A free event, more details about timing will follow.
Then join the 50th Reunion Celebration at Avon Oaks Country Club on SATURDAY evening. We’ll begin at 6pm with cocktails (cash bar), a toast and enjoy a fabulous buffet dinner. This isn’t your traditional reunion ~ it’s a date night celebration!! Following dinner and a short presentation, former WMMS DJ Dan Cormier will entertain with hits from the 70’s and today. Catch up with old friends, dance, relax on the patio and stop by the photo area. We’ll take a class photo along with individual, couples and group/band/team pictures. We’ll also reunite Elementary school classmates for memorable photos ~ all can be downloaded from our website in August.
Saturday evening at Avon Oaks Country Club is dressy casual to formal – whatever you desire. Be casual, or your latest “prom” tux or formal wear. Have fun!! Cost for the evening is $73 per person.
We’ve left Sunday open to plan your own group reunion events: time with family, a picnic, golf, Guardians game, visit the Rock Hall or Little Italy, etc.
The committee has arranged for a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Crocker Park, located a mile from Avon Oaks, and less than 10-miles from Tony K’s and the airport. Rooms have been discounted by $75 to $189 per night, and include parking, WiFi and breakfast. Call 440-871-3100 x3 for reservations, and refer to the “Berea High School Class of ’73 Reunion block”.
The Hyatt Place is located in Crocker Park – a cozy outdoor shopping village with over 110 national and local retail shops, 35+ up-scale bars & restaurants (from fast food to formal dining) and a Regal cinema complex. Located next to I-90, you also have quick access to downtown Cleveland – the Flats, Progressive Field, the Westside Market, the Rock Hall, Little Italy, etc. And who knows ~ our “post reunion” party may continue outside the Hyatt late night Saturday.
When you register early, you also can participate in a drawing to win a pair of tickets to the Rock Hall of Fame donated by a Reunion committee member. Use them after the reunion or anytime in the next year!!
