ANNOUNCEMENTS

WELCOME to the Berea High School Class of '73 website

As the 50th Class Reunion Committee was working on plans, we decided that a website dedicated to the legacy of our class would be appropriate.  As we researched classmates, we found we could add and share contact information and class photos much easier with a website.   So we concurrently built the website while making Reunion plans.

We hope you'll complete your profile information:  contact details, your occupation, what you've been doing, retirement plans, children and grandchildren, military service and a "School story".

Take some time to "visit" old classmate profiles.  We suggest you click on the SHOW YEARBOOK PHOTOS option to scroll through a yearbook-version of our classmates and profiles.

Click on the MISSING CLASSMATES link at the top of the page to view the list of those who haven't joined yet ~ your personal invite to them is appreciated!

We also invite you to view the IN MEMORY page dedicated to classmates who are no longer with us.

Finally, click on the REUNION FAQs on the left under the Tree of Knowledge photo to learn more about our Cheers & Beers to 50-years reunion celebration.

BEREA HIGH SCHOOL

CLASS OF 1973

50TH REUNION WEEKEND

JULY 28 – 30, 2023

We hope you will join your fellow classmates as we celebrate Cheer & Beers to 50 years!

It’s our 50th Reunion Celebration!   Join us back in Berea July 28 – 30, 2023.

Our 50th Reunion event begins with appetizers & cash bar at Tony K’s Restaurant on Bagley Rd in Berea on Friday evening July 28th from 6pm to midnight.

Saturday morning at 10:30am you can join us for a tour of the NEW Berea-Midpark High School, and view the newly restored Tree of Knowledge.

Then join us the 50th reunion celebration at Avon Oaks Country Club Saturday evening.  We’ll begin at 6pm with cocktails (cash bar), a toast and enjoy a buffet dinner.   Following announcements and a few awards, former WMMS DJ Dan Cormier will entertain with hits from the 70’s and today.  Catch up with old friends, dance, relax on the patio, and stop by the photo area for individual, couples and group/band/team pictures.  They’ll also snap a class photo. Pictures will be available for download after the reunion.

We’ve left Saturday afternoon and Sunday open to plan your own group or private events with classmates or family:  picnics, golf, shopping at Crocker Park, visit the Rock Hall or the Guardians game, a trip to Cedar Point, etc.

The committee has arranged for a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Crocker Park, located about a mile from Avon Oaks, and less than 10-miles from Tony K’s and the airport.  RV sites are also available at the Berea Fairgrounds.  Refer to the FAQ page for more details.

When you register early, you can participate in a drawing to win a pair of tickets to the Rock Hall of Fame donated by a Reunion committee member.  Use them after the reunion or anytime in the next year!!

For more information, click on the REUNION FAQs link on the left.
